Taste wise this is a lot better but need to find a homely solution for it to not stick to the steamer
Honestly I feel, Hotels order ready made pack from happy monk and serve us and charge 500 for 4 pieces…. Guys njoy dimsum from happy monk rather paying extra in Hotel. Happy Monk really enjoyed , its felt almost similar to the one, u have in A grade restaurant

No, simply take it from PACK to PAN. This will work for whichever cooking method you choose to use. Dimsums are to be Steamed whereas Momos can be, Steamed, Fried, Pan fried

For Dimsums , all you you need to do is Steam the Frozen Dimsum for a few minutes as mentioned on the pack – this ranges from 5-8 mins and they will be ready.
For Momos , you can Steam (6-8 mins), Fry (2-4 mins)or Pan fry (2-4 mins), as per your choice.
No, you can use even an Idli Steamer ! Its all about creating the steaming effect.
Its great if you have a Steamer or a Dimsum Basket. If not, you can use an Idli Steamer. And if you don’t have any of these....we have a jugaad too. Use any perforated steel lid and a deep Pan to create a makeshift steamer. Trust us, it works perfectly! Watch Here
That’s easy, make sure you line the surface with any Oil before placing the Dimsum.
A easy trick is to use a Banana Leaf or even a Cabbage leaf or Lettuce, any clean leaf you have readily available in your fridge.
Simply place the leaf, brush some oil and place your frozen dimsums and start steaming. The Dimsum will neither stick nor break.

The Chilli oil/Dipping Sauce is packed in a sealed container and then frozen. You can keep the pack in room temperature for 10-15 minutes before opening. Or you can keep the unopened pack in warm water for 5 minutes.
